Construction of a 5,000 SF restaurant and gastro-pub includes full service commercial kitchen and support / storage areas, roof-top bar and outdoor lounge. A major part of the design of this restaurant included opening up the existing roof structure to allow for stair access to the new roof-top bar – not a part of the original design intention of the existing tenant space.
