PROJECT
New mixed-use residential and commercial development at proposed Metro-North commuter station.
PROGRAM
GWG Architects achieved approval for this new 215 rental unit development at an industrial site adjacent to the Metro-North Railroad Right of Way and will connect to Yale University’s West Campus.
The project includes:
• (6) 4 & 5 story apartment buildings
• 700-car parking structure
• Commuter amenities and loop road connection to new RailRoad station
