GWG provided architecture and planning services for the adaptive re-use of this three-story commercial building, with 2 stories of parking below, located in downtown Milford adjacent to the Milford Harbor.

The project involves re-purposing the structure from commercial office use to mixed uses of rental apartments over commercial/retail. A large 3 story addition expands the uses over the existing open parking garage and doubles the existing footprint. GWG has also provided interior design services for the finish of the fit-up of three professional offices. GWG has had sub-consultants for structural, MEP Engineering and Code Consultant.
