Restoration and adaptive reuse of the Crown Street Parking Garage located on the corner of Crown and High Street in downtown New Haven. Project included the addition of two new floors of loft style apartments built with a wood podium structure. First two levels of garage were maintained for residence parking and the single commercial space on the ground floor became MetroStar Properties leasing office for all of the Crown Street apartments.
