New university student lounge converting a portion of the 1970’s era Commons Building. New outdoor courtyard links the Dining Hall with an outdoor amphitheater seating area. Project included seating areas; multi-purpose room upgrade; new roof system; HVAC upgrades; classrooms and animal lab.
