GWG is designed a new mixed-use TOD involving new structures and adaptive re-use of historic structures located at the heart of downtown New Haven. The Crown/Church/George/High Streets block is in a key downtown location adjacent to Yale University, museum row, theater and restaurant district; and walkable to New Haven’s State Street Commuter Rail Station. GWG has taken the project through a successful feasibility study, P&Z approval process, building permit application process and construction.
