Stamford Old Town Hall

Three phase restoration and preservation of the 1906 Beaux Arts style building listed on the National Historic Register. The effort involved roof replacement, masonry cleaning and repair, window and door replacement and re-creation of the original plaza and rear gardens. An extensive exterior lighting program was designed to enhance the building’s presence at the city center.
