Urban Planning Studies; plaza upgrades, reconfiguration of traffic lanes, new intermodal transportation connections including stairs, elevators & ramps, new pedestrian crosswalks, new lighting & signage; re-location of historic Nathan Hale School House & preservation & stabilization of the Civil War memorial with interpretive exhibits including plaques, whale tail fountain and public pergola structures.
