Laboratory fit-out as a wet lab around university research lab standards, but customized for research staff, with special adaptations to the HVAC system to create sound levels which are compatible with the audial impairment of the lead researcher, a world renowned expert in the color of bird feathers. Additionally, two classrooms were built with casework custom designed to accommodate the microscopes and other specialized instrumentation which can be locked away when the classroms are used for more genralized scientific studies.
