University of Connecticut Wilbur Cross Building

The exterior restoration of Wilbur Cross Hall at the University of Connecticut in Storrs included restoration of complete exterior envelope including roof, masonry, stone, monumental windows and the restoration of the signature gold dome that identifies the university as part of the school’s logo. The work was completed in two stages as funding was made available by the UCONN 2000 program and included programming, cost analysis and coordination with the A/E firm for the interior renovations.
Services included architectural with consultants for structural and MEP engineering.
