Bedford Street Facade Upgrade Program

The Bedford Street Facade Upgrade Program included upgrade for 3-blocks of historic retail street in downtown Stamford, Connecticut.

The program included the development of facade improvement guidelines to be used by Street Association to guide restorations of existing facades and to establish standards for future renovations. Program included facade repairs; awning designs and colors; building and store front lighting; and signage designs. The program was sponsored for Bedford Street district by the Stamford Downtown Special Services District. GWG provided follow-on services for the implementation of various façade upgrades.

Services included architecture, planning and urban streetscape consulting.
