Additions & complete renovation to an English-style waterfront home located on an inter-coastal bay in the Hamptons, Long Island.

The additions include two new wings for a dining room and a media room along with two second floor bedroom wings above. A new two-car garage was constructed adjacent to the main house with a pool cabana at the rear and a service apartment on the second level. Exterior renovations include complete facade upgrades including new wood shingle roof and siding, new monumental windows, shed dormers and french doors. Interior renovations include new kitchen, master bedroom suite, and new laundry, mud and powder rooms. The award-winning landscape plantings and terraces were restored in coordination with the original landscape architects, Oehme, van Sweden Associates of Washington, D.C.
